… "redistribute wealth" and take our money from the producers and give it to the non-producers in this country. Apparently, his own words, as President, are considered the law.
Recent decisions by two Federal District Judges have used Obama's words as law in their rulings. In the first instance inOctober 2010, California U.S. District Judge Virginia Phillips, in the "don't ask, don't tell" gays-in-the-military ruling, she used Obama's words as part of her decision. Undermining the government's case were the commander in chief's own words, which the judge quoted in her ruling last month. " 'Don't ask, don't tell' doesn't contribute to our national security . . . preventing patriotic Americans from serving their country weakens our national security," Obama said last year.
In the second case, in January 2011, in declaring Obamacare unconstitutional (specifically the public mandate provision) Florida U.S. District Judge Roger Vinson used Obama's own words on government mandates in his ruling. "I note that in 2008, then-Senator Obama supported a health care reform proposal that did not include an individual mandate because he was at that time strongly opposed to the idea, stating that ‘if a mandate was the solution, we can try that to solve homelessness by mandating everybody to buy a house,'" Judge Vinson wrote in a footnote toward the end of the 78-page ruling
Now we turn to Obama's own words of wanting to "redistribute wealth". Since the illegal alien president, Barack Hussein Obama and the Marxist-Socialists in Congress have said time and again that they want to "redistribute your wealth", we can oblige them.
What each and every taxpayer needs to do is changetheir W-2s, W-4s, 1040's, 1099s, and all otherIncome Tax forms to declare 300 Million exemptions (dependents). Since those of us who have to work have to support everyone else, then theyhave become our dependents. It would be a lawful exercise, as well as a lawful protest.
It would comply with the law sinceEl Presidente and his Politburo have impliedlytold us, anddirectly in writing and in word, that government will redistribute our wealth and we should comply.Americans would be in full compliance with the law since our President and Congress have said that we must redistribute wealth. In doing so, one must make the appropriate filings to incorporate this "redistribution of wealth".
Besides, if the 40 Million Americans, out of the 106 Million who work, pay their income taxes, then are we not entitled to comply with the law? Are we not entitled to declare the 300+ Million dependents/exemptions that live in the
United States and receive some benefit therefrom.
And, there is precedence for this. In the case United States v. Snider, 502 F.2d 645 (4th Cir. 1974) , the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit (Federal Circuit Courts of Appeals being the second highest courts in the land) overturned the Federal Tax Court andruled that defendant listing 3 Billion dependents on his W-4 (as a protest under the First Amendment) was proper because the IRS could not meet any elements of fraud or willfulness.
