On November 18th all of the defendants, Barrack H. Obama and the Federal Election Commission et al., waived their right to respond to the Phillip J. Berg Petition for a writ of certiorari.
As a result the Court will now schedule the Berg ‘Petition’ for conference and will now make its decision as to whether to Grant the Petition entirely and solely on the pending Berg Petition.
