After nearly eight long years of war, all of its attendant indignities, atrocities and sacrifice on part of the American people, our victory in the American Revolution won for us freedom from the corrupt system of English government. From there, the Founding Fathers gathered together during a long, hot and humid summer in Philadelphia to battle each other over every line and detail of our Constitution. Unfortunately it seems that enemies of the Constitution remain among us. A cancer has attacked the judiciary body in the form of misguided, partisan constitutional interpretation. The benefactors of this cancerous growth are none other than the border invaders and their champions who have been clogging U.S. courts with bogus claims to fundamental rights under our Constitution.
Not found any where in the Constitution is a single reference that bestows the blessings of liberty upon border invaders.Yet, hardly a day goes by that you don’t see the rights of Americans overturned so that privileges, our forefathers fought and died for, are granted upon anonymous intruders who illegally entered our country. Their illegal crossing into the U.S. thereby voids any claim to the privileges of citizenship and protection under the 4th amendment. It would appear that the cancer has attacked the brain stem and the mutated cells have created a mass, politically correct, lock-step type of flawed logic that points out all who would dare challenge such judiciary tyranny, as racists. Supporters of these partisan, judiciary tyrants have gone on to legislate into existence a fiscal burden upon the American people to pay all social, health, educational and penal costs that the border invader has inflicted upon our society. To add insult to injury, our political leaders cow tow to the border invaders and brush aside the will of the American people in fear of offending a possible voting bloc. Illegal though the voting bloc may be, most politicians will put their own continued foothold on power before anyone or anything. Have they forgotten that they govern only at the consent of the governed? Have you?
This illogical accusation of racism virulently spat out by those who champion the cause of illegal aliens lacks logic and proof of evidence. It is not immigration, skin color or ethnicity, that is at question here instead, it is an argument for the rule of law. These persons have entered our country illegally, they have flaunted the laws governing the sovereignty of our borders and that is the crux of the argument. In the process, we the American people have become second class citizens. Our rights and privileges guaranteed by the Constitution are at the mercy of a compromised judiciary who answer only to their own left-wing agenda. Along with a reckless and invalid charge of racism, champions of illegal aliens exhaust themselves circulating irrational myths stating that illegal aliens are an intrinsic necessity to the strength of the American economy. The elite media prints this propaganda and academics teach it in their classrooms while politicians and judges allow themselves to be compromised by these fallacies and create legislation and issue court rulings that perpetuate the mythology of how the illegal invasion benefits America. It’s a lie, but are you buying into it?
The irony here is that Americans in Mexico would be thrown into some horrendous, filth hole of a Mexican jail if they dared fill the streets there, with massive protests and demands for citizenship, free healthcare, education, etc. simply because they were living there, albeit illegally. Mexico wouldn’t put up with that sort of an outrage, why should we? It seems that a number of Mexicans continue to struggle against accepting the reality that we won the Mexican-American war in 1848. They refuse to recognize that California and other southwestern territories are now part of the United States. That’s a reality even a left-wing judge can’t overturn. I understand that they love their country, what I don’t understand is why they’re not trying to improve life on their own soil. Why come here and wave the Mexican flag? Why aren’t they back home protesting in the streets and demanding reform from their own government? On that note, it’s outrageous that we don’t protect our southern borders in the same serious manner that Mexico employs to protect its southern border. These inconsistencies trump all of the flawed logic perpetuated upon us by the elite media and their soldiers in arms.
President Bush is part of the problem. He finds it amusing that everyday Americans like you and I want the government to secure the borders and end the illegal invasion. His lifestyle isn’t affected by overcrowded schools and prisons, by closed emergency rooms and by illegal non-citizens who drive here without speaking English, without insurance and without a license; which incidentally is a privilege for American citizens. Obviously, he couldn’t care less about the decline in the quality of our lives and the upsurge of criminal activity at the hands of criminal, illegal aliens; who have no problem crossing back into the U.S. hours after being deported; if they’re deported. He doesn’t care that MS-13 gangs have spread out from California and into the midwestern suburbs and up into Boston and New York. The dead on arrival condition of the latest amnesty bill in congress is of no consequence in the broader, global view that Bush is forcing on us. Bush intends to not only grant citizenship to illegals if he can, but also he’ll throw the borders wide open.
Apparently, the voice of the people no longer matters; or does it? That’s entirely up to you. Are you content with your second class citizenship? Does the ever-increasing amount of chaos and dismissal of the rule of law have any impact on your daily life? If not, it will. Do you care that an increasing portion of each state’s treasury is being spent on providing welfare services to unskilled people who came here illegally and have the audacity to demand such services? Do you care that union janitors are losing their jobs because illegal aliens will underbid them at every turn and make up for less dollars earned by consuming state sponsored services? They’re doing this to every industry out there. Does it make you pause in your day when you learn that while legal immigrants get screened for infectious diseases, illegal immigrants completely bypass that standard of citizenship? But then, they’re not citizens are they? Does the fact that American citizenship is losing its intrinsic value have any affect on your political perspective? Personally, I’m outraged. More than ever I understand the anger and the passion that motivated Americans prior to the American Revolution. They too had prima donna politicians who found the concerns of average Americans like myself to be bothersome to their primary cause, which was self-preservation. All I can say in rebuttal is that politicians had better not underestimate their opponents. Throw your hat into the ring. Don’t allow this country to be overtaken by enemies of the Constitution.
