New Jersey State Police Must Be Disbanded For …

… Obstructing Second Amendment Rights Of New Jersey Inhabitants.

Its time to disband the New Jersey State Police. They cannot or willfully will not do their jobs as required by law. They are forcing law-abiding citizens who apply for a Firearms I.D. to wait 6 months, when the mandatory waiting limit is 30 days pursuant to New Jersey Statute, N.J.S.A. 2C:58-3(f).

The State Police are hiding behind the issue that there has been a deluge of applications since the Newtown, CT shooting, and they are backlogged. Last numbers I saw were that there were only 15,000-20,000 additional applications than normal.

Now I am hearing that the State Police are making people wait over 30 days to purchase a handgun with a handgun permit. This is causing people to have to re-file applications for a handgun once the required statutory 30 days has expired. Once it gets to the 3-week point, everyone should start filing extensions on their handgun applications.

Because of the United States Supreme Court case of McDonald v. Chicago, 130 S.Ct. 3020, 3026 (2010)(“We have previously held that most of the provisions of the Bill of Rights apply with full force to both the Federal Government and the States. Applying the standard that is well established in our case law, we hold that the Second Amendment right is fully applicable to the States.”). Based on this, and the Supremacy Clause of the U.S. Constitution, Article VI, the Second Amendment fully applies to the states. At page 3050 of the McDonald decision, the Court held:

“The Second Amendment right will to some extent limit the legislative freedom of the States, but this is always true when a Bill of Rights provision is incorporated. Incorporation always restricts experimentation and local variations, but that has not stopped the Court from incorporating virtually every other provision of the Bill of Rights. “[T]he enshrinement of constitutional rights necessarily takes certain policy choices off the table.” Heller, 554 U.S., at ___, 128 S.Ct., at 2822. This conclusion is no more remarkable with respect to the Second Amendment than it is with respect to all the other limitations on state power found in the Constitution.

Given that the State of New Jersey has now been limited by the Second Amendment’s “Right to Keep and Bear Arms Shall Not Be INFRINGED”, any politician or public official proposing, introducing, supporting or voting for any anti-Second Amendment gun control/ammunition control laws in New Jersey is committing felony Official Misconduct, as well as Treason, Sedition, and Advocating the Overthrow of the U.S. Constitution (Second Amendment) and our republican form of government.

Violations of the Second Amendment are the reason we all need to demand the disbanding of the State Police. They serve no other purpose than to harass the innocent, law-abiding inhabitants of New Jersey trying to defend themselves against the criminals that the State and local police cannot control. The NJ State Police are required to follow the US and NJ Constitutions, as well as Federal and NJ laws upon taking their constitutional oaths when they become public servants. Their deliberate delays in processing Firearms I.D. applications for up to 6 months, instead of the mandatory 30 days, and their willful refusal to grant handgun permits to purchase a gun within the proper 30-day time frame constitutes Felony Official Misconduct, in violation of NJSA 2C:30-2, 2C:30-6 (Official deprivation of civil rights for impeding law-abiding citizens in the lawful exercise of their constitutionally protected Second Amendment Rights and Immunities); and 2C:30-7 (Pattern of official misconduct since the NJ State Police have now committed to acts of sabotaging law-abiding inhabitants of their Second Amendment Rights).

With regard to New Jersey Governor Chris Christie’s Executive Order #47, which outlines State Police procedures regarding criminal investigations as well as gun control administration, if the NJ State Police or the NJ Governor willfully refuse to turn over those sections of Executive Order #47 regarding gun permit applications, then Governor Christie should also resign for felony Official Misconduct.

Enough is enough with regard to the State of New Jersey, (more and more call it “Nazi Jersey”), and its ridiculous, oppressive, draconian anti-Second Amendment gun control laws, bent on total gun confiscation. New Jersey law enforcement are too afraid for their own lives to do anything about stopping violent gun crime in New Jersey, so they target innocent, law-abiding New Jerseyans looking to purchase weapons for self-defense against those criminals the state will not or cannot control.

Given that the United States Supreme Court, in DeShaney v. Winnebago County Dept. of Social Services, 489 U.S. 189 (1989) held that the state (hence, law enforcement) owes no duty to protect its citizens from one another, the only other way is for citizen self-defense. Even a survey of 15,000 police officers done by www.PoliceOne.com shows that law enforcement rejects gun control because they admit they cannot be everywhere all of the time, and people need to be able to defend themselves with firearms from armed criminals. Average police response time in most instances is between 8-20 minutes. Do you want to rely on police to take that long when you are trying to fight off a mugging, a rape, an assault, a robbery, a home invasion, attempted murder???????

New Jersey gun laws (along with the 1968 U.S. Gun Control Act) were lifted verbatim from the 1938 Nazi Weapons Law.  The Nazi Weapons Law was obtained by Democrat U.S. Senator Thomas Dodd (D-CT)(whose son is retired U.S. Senator Christopher Dodd (D-CT))  from the Nuremburg Trials in 1946 and 1947.  It was then adopted by the Democrat-controlled Congress in 1968.  Any New Jersey politician, public official, or law enforcement that adopts and supports these Nazi gun control laws are also committing felony Official Misconduct, as well as Treason, Sedition, and Advocating the Overthrow of the U.S. Constitution and our constitutional republic.

Lastly, why is the State of New Jersey so intent on “keeping up with the Joneses” like the confiscatory gun laws just passed in New York State, Connecticut, Maryland, and California?  Politicians cannot be trusted with our Rights.  They are lying to us about gun control.   Politicians lied to us about illegal liquor and the 18th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution was repealed.   Politicians have lied to us for over 50 years regarding the  failed war on illegal drugs.  They’ve lied to us for over 50 years regarding their failed war on poverty.  They’ve lied to us for over 22 years (Since the first Iraq War and still counting) on the illegal war on terror, and they’ve lied to us for over 50 years on failed policies regarding illegal immigration–except when President Eisenhower brought in the U.S. Army in what is known as “Operation Wetback” and rounded up all over One Million illegals and shipped them back to Mexico and points south.

The Nazis understood the effectiveness of using authority, under guise of  “gaslighting” propaganda (lying to the public that the government was not infringing on their rights or wanting to take their guns) to manage average, low information people/voters who were reluctant to believe that the regime would ultimately harm them.  Initially the Jews vastly outnumbered their Nazi overlords yet these people complied with the gun control (and other control) edicts imposed upon them, thinking it was wise to do so–until it was too late.   As a result of Nazi gun control, over 12 Million innocent, law-abiding people were murdered by their “benevolent” government.  The same is true of the 40 Million or more law-abiding Russians murdered by the Stalinist government, the 100 Million or more innocent, law-abiding Chinese murdered by Mao Tse-tung’s  “Great Leap Forward” and “Cultural Revolution”, the 2 Million or more innocent, law-abiding Cambodian intellectuals (lawyers, judges, doctors, educators, etc.) murdered under Pol Pot’s Khmer Rouge “Killing Fields”, and every other example of the imposition of tyranny by Socialist Tyrants.

The New Jersey State Police are nothing more than the new Gestapo and/or Waffen SS of Nazi Germany.  Reports persist about the Nazi subculture in the New Jersey State Police.  They are a standing army (violating the 3rd Amendment of the U.S. Constitution) that must be disbanded for  violating and usurping the Rights of the People of New Jersey.
