Censorship nurtures treasonous despotism. No nation remains free with traitors and restricted speech

….must begin by subduing Freedom of Speech… Without Freedom of Thought, there can be no such Thing as Wisdom; and no such Thing as publick Liberty, without Freedom of Speech…" – Cato – John Trenchard (1662-1723) & Thomas Gordon (169?-1750) Source: Letters, 1720

All free nations have recognized the need to assure We the people ability to speak their minds on issues affecting their governance. This freedom is the single most important freedom necessary to assure a liberated and open society. It is more important, though not by much, than the critical freedom of the populace to bear arms to prevent aggression by its government.

Lenin (Vladimir Ilyich Lenin) treason free press “The bourgeoisie is many times stronger than we. To give it the weapon of freedom of the press is to ease the enemy’s cause, to help the class enemy. We do not desire to end in suicide, so we will not do this.”

The United States is now in a fight for its very existence as a sovereign nation state. Subversive forces both foreign and domestic are struggling to wrest the very sovereignty of the nation from its WE the People. Many of these traitors are public and elected officials in positions of the highest respect and fiduciary responsibility to assure compliance with the constitution and rule of law. They have sworn themselves to oaths to protect and defend the sovereignty of the nation and the liberty of WE the people. They have also in everyway imaginable committed the worst cases of treason and breach of trust that any person can, morally, legally, domestically and internationally.

United States Constitution:

Article III Section 3

“Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.”

United States Criminal Code:

TITLE 18 > PART I > CHAPTER 115 > §2383 Rebellion or insurrection

TITLE 18 > PART I > CHAPTER 115 > §2384 Seditious conspiracy

Aesop treason “The shaft of the arrow had been feathered with one of the eagle's own plumes. We often give our enemies the means of our own destruction.”

The success of these traitors has only been accomplished with a flurry of illegal legislative acts and compliant main stream media that choose to eliminate any reference to “treason” from public discourse. Traitors have worked diligently over decades to achieve the level of success they now have. Treasonous acts have become so widespread and commonplace that no one dare suggest they are in fact treasonous.

We the People have attributed our problems to a myriad of other causes such as lobbying, international corporate and banking corruption, illegal alien invasion, communist subversive organizations, defective trade deals and international trade alliances, lack of citizen involvement in the political process, an uninformed citizenry, corrupt government, and many others but never the thought or mention of treason dare escape the confines of thought locked in our minds.

Without recognizing the severity of the problem and the cure for it we can never solve it in a timely manner to prevent destruction of our Republic. Without recognizing the problem, we the People have no ability to combat it and are led blindly like sheep to the slaughter of our nation and our Liberty. We must establish the problem for what it is. It is a blatant disregard for our constitution and rule of law.

James Bovard treason "The first step in saving our liberty is to realize how much we have already lost, how we lost it, and how we will continue to lose it unless fundamental political changes occur." Lost Rights, 1994

The problem is the acts of treason against our rule of law and failure to enforce the laws of the United States that have created crises of confidence and trust, enormous debt controlled by global corporations and foreign powers, trade imbalances, destruction of national infrastructure, threats of unilateral administrative joint government with other nations, continued world wide warfare, and general financial collapse we now face. The United States Constitution and the laws as defined in the United States Criminal Code are clear.

We the People must recognize the corruption and treasonous acts that are being committed for what they are.

This is the most serious crisis our Republic has faced since the CIVIL WAR.

Marcus Tullius Cicero treason "A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor

moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls

of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears

their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murder is less to fear." Marcus Tullius Cicero (106-43 B.C.) Roman Statesman, Philosopher orator. Date 42 G.C. Source Speech in the Roman Senate.

It is our duty as We the People to demand those laws be enforced and criminal traitors be charged and brought to justice whoever and wherever they may be.

Declaration of Independence treason “He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his assent to their acts of pretended legislation.”

Declaration of Independence Treason “But, when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.”

We must demand compliance with the liberties assured us under the Constitution and its Bill of rights. Consequences of our failure to act, and to do so with all due force and speed, are too severe to address. We the People are forced to act; we have no choice at this point. The situation has progressed too far to treat it otherwise.

Machiavelli Niccolo Machiavelli treason “Thus it happens in matters of state; for knowing afar off (which it is only given a prudent man to do) the evils that are brewing, they are easily cured. But when, for want of such knowledge, they are allowed to grow so that everyone can recognize them, there is no longer any remedy to be found.” (1469-1527) Italian Statesman and Political Philosopher On the importance of foresight, speaking about the job of a Prince

The United States is a nation melded together out of the fire of revolution and dedicated patriots who love freedom. We must ask all those true American Patriots to help us in this battle to regain our rule of law and return to the guidance of our enabling legislative United States Constitution. We The People are responsible for our government and must see that it does our bidding and does not deter from it defined responsibilities. WE must call treason what it is. It is the most vile and contemptible acts that anyone can commit against their nation. Do not be easy with your words. Speak them freely while we can. Tomorrow may be too late.

We must have press members who exhibit the courage necessary to comply with their first amendment duties and address this issue. We can no longer treat the word treason as condemnable speech not protected under the constitution. Without that aid we can not succeed. It is the duty of a free press to provide the information to We the People and let them have the knowledge to rule. Without that knowledge they can not rule.

God Bless America, we are at a loss without divine guidance in a cruel and harsh land. May you once again provide us with the courage to do what we must to assure this free nation under God does not disappear from the face of the earth.

Hosea 8:7 “For they have sown the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind: it hath no stalk; the bud shall yield no meal: if so be it yield, the strangers shall swallow it up.”
